Soak 1 cup yellow split-peas and 2 cups rice separately for 6-8 hours. Blend them both into a fine paste and combine them in a bowl. Cover and keep in a cool place for 12-24 hours for fermentation. After the batter rises, mix well, and use.

Whole Grain Pasta
Add whole grain pasta to a pressure cooker and add water about 1/2 inch above pasta. Cook for 4 whistles (10-12 mins). Add pasta sauce with no added sugar or oil.

Cilantro Chutney
Add a tomato, a bunch of cilantro leaves and soft stems, garlic, salt, lemon juice to a blender. Blend till it looks like this!

Peanut Butter
Add peanuts and salt to a blender. Blend into butter (5-10 mins). Almond and cashew butters are made the same way.
Coconut Butter
Add desiccated/shredded coconut to a blender. Blend into butter (5-10 mins).
