Healthy Cooking Classes

Our cooking classes aim to empower you to make consistently tasty and healthy meals on your own using locally available ingredients as quickly as possible while enjoying the process. Host a class at your home, workplace, school, or join one already scheduled. 

Seminars on Food & Health/Environment

Learn, and share, the science behind a whole-foods plant-based culinary lifestyle that enables one to prevent, and in many cases reverse, chronic diseases like diabetes, heart-disease, hypertension, and certain cancers. Also, learn about food’s impact on the environment.

WFPB Cafeteria Program

Do you want your cafeteria at work, school, or elsewhere to offer healthy and tasty whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) options? We work with the cafeteria culinary team to modify, and/or add, dishes. We can also hold a WFPB awareness seminar, and share WFPB print and digital media resources. 

WFPB Restaurant Program

Do you want to add some whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) options in your restaurant menu? Like Pizza with Vegan Cheese or some Vegan desserts. We can work with your culinary team to modify, and/or add, dishes. We can also organize a WFPB awareness seminar for your restaurant team or customers, and share WFPB print and digital media resources.

A 21-day program to prevent, and in many cases reverse, chronic diseases like diabetes, heart-disease, hypertension, and certain cancers through an evidence-based whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) culinary lifestyle.
