Whole-Food Plant-Based Class in Tarrytown, NY

We had a wonderful class with 9 people at June's home in Tarrytown.  We began the class with an informative talk and Q&A about a whole-foods plant-based (WFPB) dietary lifestyle. We then had a healthy and tasty green smoothie shot. Then continued with a demonstration, and hands-on experiential making, of dosas. We were fifteen on a cold February night cooking warm pulses.
